Initial development also included the Deer District entertainment center and 5th Street Parking Structure. A new Milwaukee Bucks Training Facility was constructed northwest across N. 6th Street and Five Fifty Ultra Lofts was constructed alongside the parking structure.
The arena contains 714,000 square feet of gross space.
Owned by the Wisconsin Center District and operated by the Milwaukee Bucks.
