MKE Books & Beers, Presented by Deer District BID 53, to Host Two Free Summer Book Fairs at the Deer Garden Presented by Michelob Ultra

MILWAUKEE (May 18, 2026) – MKE Books & Beers, presented by Deer District BID 53, will bring two free book fairs to The Deer Garden presented by Michelob ULTRA, this summer on June 30 and Aug. 25.

The Summer Tip Off Book Fair will take place on June 30, from 4:30-9 p.m. The event will feature adult authors and vendors, with fun for kids mixed in. A children’s book drive benefiting Bernie’s Book Bank’s grand opening will also be set up during the Summer Tip Off Book Fair.

The second event, Summer’s Last Call Adult Book Fair, will take place on Aug. 25 from 4:30-9 p.m. The annual adult book fair will feature vendors focused on adult readers in Milwaukee. A community book drive collecting both adult and children’s books will also be set up, with donations being turned into holiday gifts for local shelters later this year.

Both events are free to attend. Food and beverages will be available for purchase in The Deer Garden presented by Michelob ULTRA, and at Deer District establishments.
