Fitness on the Plaza, Supported by Deer District BID 53, To Return to The Plaza at Fiserv Forum
MRGX MVMT, YogaSix and Wisconsin Athletic Club to hold free fitness classes in Deer District
MILWAUKEE (Aug. 1, 2024) – Fitness on the Plaza, supported by Deer District BID 53, will return to the Plaza at Fiserv Forum beginning Aug. 14. The free classes will be run by three local fitness organizations: MRGX MVMT, YogaSix and Wisconsin Athletic Club (WAC).
MRGX MVMT will feature high-intensity interval training. YogaSix will be an all-levels yoga class except on Aug. 28 which will be a bodyweight Sculpt & Flow class. WAC will teach Zumba – an aerobic fitness program inspired by Latin dance.
Attendees should bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and water to each class. Mats and other equipment will not be provided.

- Aug. 20 – YogaSix at 5:30 p.m.
- Aug. 21 – WAC at 5 p.m.
- Aug. 28 – MRGX MVMT at 7:30 a.m.; YogaSix at 5:30 p.m.
- Sept. 3 – WAC at 5 p.m.
- Sept. 4 – WAC at 5 p.m.
- Sept. 10 – WAC at 5 p.m.
- Sept. 11 – YogaSix at 7:30 a.m.
- Sept. 18 – YogaSix at 5:30 p.m.
- Sept. 24 – MRGX MVMT at 5:30 p.m.
- Sept. 25 – YogaSix at 7:30 a.m.
- Oct. 1 – MRGX MVMT at 5:30 p.m.
- Oct. 2 – MRGX MVMT at 7:30 a.m.; YogaSix at 5:30 p.m.
