2238 N. Farwell Ave. is a mixed-use building near E. North Ave. The building is located at the northern end of the Lower East Side neighborhood. It includes apartments above, a corner restaurant space, and a retail space on the E. Ivanhoe Pl. frontage.
The main restaurant space is currently home to Crossroads Collective. Prior restaurant space tenants included Twisted Fork, Replay Sports Bar and Rosati’s. Prior to those businesses the space was occupied for years by Oriental Pharmacy (also known as Oriental Drugs), which closed in 1995.
The retail stall was occupied by East Side Gallery and Framing Ship from 2002 until 2014.
The building includes 28 efficiency apartments.
