Park Lafayette Towers
Two 20-story apartment towers with 280 total units. Towers use the addresses of 1918 E. Lafayette Pl. and 2036 N. Prospect Ave. The majority of the property is leased out as apartments, but a handful of units were sold as condominiums before the development went into foreclosure in 2009 and the developer entered bankruptcy. Originally developed by Warren Barr, the Mandel Group was retained by the project lender to lease the building.
