$100 million complex developed by Michels Corp. for an approximately six-acre site in the northwest corner of Bay View and the southwest corner of the Harbor District.
Gilbane Building Co. served as the general contractor. RINKA led the complex’s design.
The first phase ncludes an eight-story office building, riverwalk, and 500-stall parking garage. The second phase, a 95-unit apartment complex, was initiated shortly thereafter. Future phases include an additional office building and a hotel.
