Home of Lou Fritzel women’s fashion store from 1939-1989. Acquired by Peter J. Kondos and Caroline Kondos in 1991. Sold by the estate of Caroline Kondos to an affiliate of F Street Group in 2019 for $575,000.
The structure was originally a three-building, shortened to one story in 1939.
