A 25-story, 328-foot tower by Irgens Partners. The tower’s anchor tenants BMO Harris Bank (124,000 square-feet) and Michael Best & Friedrich (59,000 square-feet).
Kahler Slater served as the project architect. BMO relocated to the tower from its adjacent BMO Harris Bank Building and its offices at the Milwaukee Center. The parking garage for the current tower was demolished to make way for the project.
A 653-stall parking garage is incorporated in the base of the tower.
Design of the building includes 42-foot spans from the building core on 26,000 square-foot floor plates. Nine-foot, six-inch floor heights are enclosed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities include a tenant multi-media conference center, lounge with direct access to terrace on the 11th floor and a tenant fitness center.
The building was expected to open on December 1st, 2019, but a water main break delayed its opening until April 2020. A ceremonial ribbon cutting was held in September 2020.
Irgens fired general contractor J.H. Findorff & Son in January 2020, replacing the firm with Pepper Construction.
