Building 6 at South Water Works
Building 6 is an apartment building in the South Water Works development on the edge of the Walker’s Point neighborhood. Originally built by Lighthouse Development, the project was lost through foreclosure. It contains 52 units. The building was built as an addition to 201 E. Pittsburgh Ave., a former Pittsburgh Plate Glass building built in the art deco style. The South Water Works development also includes the Bridgeview at South Water Works apartments and Oregon at South Water Works apartments.

A $285 million manufacturing campus for Komatsu Mining in the Harbor District. The campus includes a three-story, 176,000-square-foot office building, training center, museum and automation lab as well as a 430,000-square-foot, three-story manufacturing facility.
