Building Info

Parking garage being built as part of the New Bucks Arena.

The structure will contain 1,243 stalls and cost $47 million. The cost is being split between $27 million in city bonding via tax-incremental financing district and another $8 million in developer financed TIF financing from the Milwaukee Bucks. The real estate arm of the Milwaukee Bucks paid for the remainder.

The revenue from the structure, minus the cost of maintenance and operations, is split evenly between the Bucks and the city.

The parking garage is intended to replace the N. 4th St. Parking Garage, which was demolished to make way for the new arena.

The city share of the parking structure ($27 million) is being paid for with funds from the Beerline B tax-incremental financing district, which is within a half-mile of the structure.
