Apartment building at 1640 N. Water St. on Milwaukee’s Lower East Side. The building was developed by Tim Gokhman and Jim Wiechmann. Wiechmann has owned the land for a number of years. Scott Kindness was the project architect. Catalyst Construction served as the general contractor.

The building replaced the former Curve tavern. It stands seven stories tall and includes 140 units.

A sister building, Encore, is located behind Rhythm.

Demolition of the prior building on the site started on April 8th, 2015.

The building is located across from The North End’s Aperture apartments.
