A 33-unit, five-story apartment building at 1627 N. Jackosn St. Project was developed by Wiechmann Enterprises and Tim Gokhman. Site is located behind the Rhythm apartments.
Formerly a vacant lot on Milwaukee’s Lower East Side. Acquired in June of 2015 by Gile Tojek from John Simonitsch and Judith Simonitsch.
