Apartment buildingn at 1632 N. Water St. on Milwaukee’s Lower East Side. The building was developed by Tim Gokhman and Jim Wiechmann. Wiechmann has owned the land for a number of years. Scott Kindness is the project architect. Catalyst Construction serving as the general contractor.

The building replaces the former The Curve tavern. It stands seven stories tall and includes 140 units.

Demolition of the existing building on the site got underway on April 8th, 2015.

The site is located across from The North End’s Aperture apartments.
