  Originally built as Schuster's Department Store. Acquired by Milwaukee County in 1961 and renamed by the Marcia P. Coggs Human Services Center in 2003.

• 1230 W. Cherry St.

  

  Site of the Marcia P. Coggs Health & Human Services Center. Replaced an earlier facility with the same name at 1220 W. Vliet St.

• 1236-1238 N. 14th St.

  

• 1334-1338 W. Vliet St.

  

• 1515 N. 12th St.

  

• Milwaukee County Mental Health Emergency Center

  

  Proposed for site at 1227 W. Walnut St. in early 2021. Completed in 2022.

• Wile Building

  

  This small terracotta storefront straddles the line between the emergent sensibilities of the style moderne, and the conventions of its Victorian neighbors. It is essentially a typical turn-of-the-century commercial building sheathed in the cubist terracotta of its successors.
