Apartment building and first-floor commercial space (intended for America’s Black Holacaust Museum) developed by a partnership of Joshua Jeffers (J. Jeffers & Co.) and Melissa Goins (Maures Development Group).
Design work led by Engberg Anderson Architects.
Project included the redevelopment of the former Garfield Avenue School into the Historic Garfield Apartments.
