801 N. 27th St. is a mixed-use building in Milwaukee’s Avenues West neighborhood. In June 2015 it was acquired by Rick Wiegand and his firm Wiegand Investments. Wiegand acquired the properties from M&R Properties Investment LLC, operated by Randolph Myricks.
Wiegand acquired the building and the adjacent parking lot at 2734 W. Wells St. for $750,000.
