The former Prime Leather Finishes Co. Building at 188 S. 2nd St. in Walker’s Point is was converted to a multi-use retail and apartment project by David Winograd. The building was merged two adjacent buildings, one which housed Lucky Joe’s Tiki Room.
The building was originally built as Mabbett & Breed’s Block or Mabbett and Breed Building. Mabbett and Breed were Hiram Mabbett and Charles Breed.
Rehab completed in 2016.
