The building located at 2100 N. Farwell Ave. is a multi-tenant commercial building. The one-story building is 23,040 square feet of space.
It was at home point home to Crank Daddy’s and Wing Zone. As of early 2013, it was currently occupied by Simple Cafe and Fushimi All-You-Can-Eat Japanese Buffet and Sushi.
Good City Brewing opened in the building in 2016, joining Fushimi and Simple Cafe. The brewery added an event space in 2017. The brewery won a Mayor’s Design Award in 2018 for their expansion.
The property includes a substantial surface parking lot.
