It was at home point home to Crank Daddy’s and Wing Zone. As of early 2013, it was currently occupied by Simple Cafe and Fushimi All-You-Can-Eat Japanese Buffet and Sushi.
Good City Brewing opened in the building in 2016, joining Fushimi and Simple Cafe. The brewery added an event space in 2017. The brewery won a Mayor’s Design Award in 2018 for their expansion.
The property includes a substantial surface parking lot.
