Former headquarters of Bon-Ton and the location of the flagship Boston Store department store.
Acquired by North Wells Capital in 2017. Bon-Ton and Boston Store closed in 2018. North Wells rebranded the complex HUB640.
A portion of the building was redeveloped into 74 apartments (Boston Lofts) by a partnership of the Mandel Group and Wispark in 2002.
Property also uses the address of 331 W. Wisconsin Ave.
