Visit Milwaukee and Milwaukee Public Market Partner for Milwaukee Flavor Live: A Fresh Four-Course Culinary Journey
MILWAUKEE (December 12, 2024) – Get ready to experience the bold, fresh flavors of Milwaukee’s culinary scene at Milwaukee Flavor Live: A Fresh Four-Course Culinary Journey on February 6, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at the Milwaukee Public Market. This one-of-a-kind event will bring together eight of the city’s top chefs to create an interactive four-course meal to continue to bring awareness to Milwaukee’s stellar culinary scene and build upon the success of The Milwaukee Cookbook, which is now named Milwaukee Flavor — The Cookbook.
The event will be emceed by Chef Adam Pawlak and participating chefs:
- Amalinda’s Gregory Leon preparing Caramel Custard
- The Diplomat’s Dane Baldwin preparing The Diplomat’s Caesar Salad
- Lupi & Iris’ Adam Siegel preparing Grandma’s Chicken Soup
- Ruby’s Bagels’ Daniela Ruby Varela preparing Albondigas
- Sanford’s Justin Aprahamian preparing Braised Duck Leg Tacos
- Strange Town’s Mia LeTendre preparing Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp
- Taqwa’s Bakery & Restaurant Taqwa Obaid preparing Makloba
In addition to the delectable four-course meal, attendees will enjoy two signature cocktails crafted by Milwaukee mixologists Ryan Castelaz of Agency and Katie Rose of Goodkind. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a “Chef’s Secret Ingredient Challenge,” where they can sample small bites from chef Ramses Alvarez and guess each dish’s secret ingredient.

The Milwaukee Public Market, located in the heart of the Historic Third Ward, is an iconic Milwaukee destination known for its 19 independently owned vendors, cooking classes and community events. Milwaukee Flavor Live will take place in the Palm Garden, a flexible space on the Market’s second level often used for private gatherings and special occasions.
Proceeds from Milwaukee Flavor Live will benefit Visit Milwaukee initiatives supporting the hospitality industry.
Tickets for Milwaukee Flavor Live are $175 per person and include:
- Interactive four-course meal prepared by eight of Milwaukee’s top chefs
- Two specialty Milwaukee Flavor – The Cookbook cocktails or . Additional drinks will be available for purchase at the cash bar
