On August 10th, 2015 she was announced as the Executive Director for LISC Milwaukee.
On May 1, 2015 she stepped down from being the chief executive officer of BioForward Wisconsin.
On September 18th, 2014 she became the chief executive officer of BioForward Wisconsin.
Previously she was the executive director of the Menomonee Valley Partners for 10 years.
