Two Fifty, formerly 250 Plaza, is a downtown Milwaukee office building and parking garage at the northwest corner of N. Broadway and E. Wisconsin Ave. Originally known as First Federal Plaza.
According to city records, the parking garage contains 444 parking stalls.
In August 2015, Fulcrum Asset Advisors and Millbrook Properties acquired the building from Lone Star Funds. The new owners announced their intent to remodel the building with a new fitness center, wireless internet lounge space and a new conference center. The parking garage received lighting as part of the project.
Lone Star Funds acquired the building in 2013 from Orix Capital Markets, who had managed it on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank.
Marcus Corp. was an anchor tenant in the building until 2003, when the firm relocated to the 100 East Wisconsin building. The firm had leased 56,000 square feet of space on over five floors.
The building is the eastern terminus of the downtown skywalk system.
The building and parking garage complex has been home to a number of restaurants including Moceans, Le Peep and Grenadiers.
The East Town Association formerly had its offices in the building.
How many parking stalls are in the building? The Assessor’s Office reports 444. A 2014 real estate listing lists the number of stalls at 427. A 2013 article reported the number of parking stalls at 454. A 1990 newspaper ad lists 430 stalls.
