Apartment building in the Milwaukee Bucks arena district. Developed by Royal Capital Group. Construction led by CD Smith. Design led by Engberg Anderson Architects.
The project is attached to the Wisconsin Entertainment & Sports Center parking garage.
The project was originally known as Park 7 Lofts before being renamed Five Fifty Ultra Lofts.
More units were added throughout the approval process for the project, going from 90 to 107 to finally 112 units.
Two commercial stalls are included in the building.
