TRUE Skool to hold community cleanup effort in Bronzeville today

Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs will be stopping by All People’s Church, 2600 N. 2nd St., today to support a new neighborhood cleanup, garden maintenance, and graffiti removal effort in the 6th District.

Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs will be stopping by All People’s Church, 2600 N. 2nd St., today to support a new neighborhood cleanup, garden maintenance, and graffiti removal effort in the 6th District.

TRUE Skool has partnered with All People’s Church and its summer youth programs for the cleanup effort, and has adopted Bronzeville as its 2012 Adopt a Community Program partner. The TRUE Skool community effort today (Wednesday, July 11) from 12 to 4 p.m. will include a neighborhood cleanup, garden maintenance work, an 8-by-16-foot mural installation in the church garden, illegal graffiti removal and a cookout for the volunteers.
