Flowers in Walker's Point, Piper Jaffray & Co. to the Wells Building, a bakery for The Brix

Piper Jaffray & Co. leased 1,658 SF at the Wells Building located at 324 E Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, WI from AH Wells LLC.  Kate Hanson represented the Tenant.

BMC Associates LLC purchased the multiple buildings and land known as St. Coletta’s at N4637 East County Road Y in Jefferson, WI for $337,500 from Charity Partners Network, Inc. Patti Stevens represented the Buyer.

Wiscraft, Inc. d/b/a Beyond Vision leased 17,090 SF at 6228 W State Street in Wauwatosa, WI from GRC Properties LLC.  Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Tenant.

Eight Street Investments LLC purchased 813 York Avenue and 632 N 8th Avenue in Sheboygan, WI for $500,000. Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Seller, Community Bank – Corp of Sheboygan.

Retail

Greige LLC leased 1,737 SF at the Brix Lofts located at 408 W Florida Street in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, Florida Lofts LLC.

Uniform Advantage leased 3,261 SF at 10288 W National Avenue in West Allis, WI. Hakan Hare and Paul McBride represented the Landlord, Badger Century Management LLC.

Waukesha County Community Dental leased 2,741 SF at Falls Plaza II located at N81 W15062 Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls, WI from MP Falls Plaza LLC. Kate Hanson and Ned Purtell represented the Tenant.

Flowers for Dreams leased 3,285 SF at the Mabbett & Breeds building located at 132/134 W Pittsburgh Avenue in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point Neighborhood. Patti Stevens and Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds 26 Prime LLC.

Ross Koepsel and Matthew Beadle represented United Development Group, LLC in purchasing 0.84 acres at 744 Taylor St. in Medford.

Tom Bruss and Kyle Skarr represented Schermerhorn & Co. in leasing 1,620 SF to Hart Hearing Care Centers at the Wal-Mart Retail Center (2722 Heritage Dr.) in Delafield.

Tom Treder represented Continental 78 Fund LLC in selling 0.55 acres of Vacant Land at the NEC of Hwy 164 & Hwy 59 in Waukesha.

Ross Koepsel represented Pacifica Companies in purchasing the 28,658 SF building (1.03 acre parcel) at 127 S. Memorial Dr., in Appleton

Tom Treder represented Verizon in renewing the lease of 2,424 SF at 6035 Durand Ave., in Mount Pleasant.

Tom Treder represented Verizon in renewing the lease of 3,328 SF at N95 W18141 Appleton Ave., in Menomonee Falls.

Matthew Beadle and Ross Koepsel represented the Promenade, LLC in leasing 2,480 SF to Team Rehab at The Promenade (813 N. Mayfair Rd.), in Wauwatosa.
