Common Council Unanimously Approved Resolution Declaring an Emergency
The Kenosha Common Council tonight unanimously approved a resolution declaring an emergency in the city of Kenosha and granting Mayor John Antaramian emergency authority upon the announcement of the decision on charges in the officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake.
