Alderwoman Coggs announces Bronzeville Art Walk winners
Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs is pleased to announce the winners of the Bronzeville Art Walk Competition for 2023.
The winners are: Dejuan Mason in 1st Place, Justin McCulla in 2nd Place, Melissa Blue Muhammad in 3rd Place, Geoff and Nehemimah Edwards in 4th Place, and an Honorable Mention to Kelly Kincaid and Kelsey Harris.“I want to thank all the great participants in this year’s Bronzeville Art Walk, especially those who contributed their arts and services to the community,” Alderwoman Coggs said. “These displays showed great creativity, originality, and value for cultural inspiration, and I am honored to present these wonderful artists with their awards.”
The Bronzeville Art Walk – sponsored by the Historic King Drive BID #8 – was held on Saturday, August 12, during the final day of the 12th Annual Bronzeville Week.
