14th Annual Milwaukee Oktoberfest Returns to Cathedral Square Park
Celebrate German Culture with Live Music, Authentic Food, and Festive Activities October 4-6
Milwaukee, Wis. (October 2, 2024) – Kegel’s Inn and Swarmm Events are excited to partner for a fourth year, alongside East Town Association and Milwaukee County Parks to continue the “Milwaukee Oktoberfest” celebration in Cathedral Square Park this October 4-6, 2024. This year’s event will also be supported by Jägermeister, Beer Capitol, Leinenkugel’s, Hofbrau, and Gruber Law.
“After 14 years of working on Milwaukee Oktoberfest, I’m proud to see how this festival has continued to grow. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Cathedral Square Park, and look forward to another amazing festival,” said Michael Sampson, founder of Swarmm Events.
“Milwaukee Oktoberfest is another great example of how we can use free entertainment to bring our community together while also supporting Milwaukee’s amazing small businesses, artists, and musicians,” said Eddie Sturkey, executive director of East Town Association.
Festival-goers can shop vendors while they enjoy authentic German food provided by Kegel’s Inn and a selection of German beers from Hofbrau, Beer Capitol, and other Oktoberfest favorites, including local brews from Leinenkugel’s, Lakefront Brewery, and Black Husky Brewing.
“As we celebrate our 100th anniversary, we’re thrilled to again be partnering with Swarmm Events and East Town Association to host Milwaukee Oktoberfest. We look forward to sharing our passion for authentic German cuisine with the Milwaukee community,” said Julian Kegel, owner of Kegel’s Inn.

The three-day festival will benefit Milwaukee County Parks through East Town Association and its programming in Cathedral Square Park. Admission is free and open to the public, with 21+ wristbands available for $2 for those wishing to purchase alcohol with ID.
