Thomas Lothian.  Member: Republican Party of Wis. (fmr. bd. mbr.); Republican Party of 1st Congressional Dist. (fmr. chm.); Republican Party of Walworth Co. (fmr. chm, vice-chm.); National Rifle Association.  Recipient: American Conservative Union Defender of Liberty 2012; GOPAC Emerging Leader 2012.
