Eighty-eight-unit apartment building at 2214 N. Prospect Ave. The project was developed by Robert Joseph‘s Joseph Property Development. The project architect was Rinka Chung Architecture.
Site was formerly a parking lot and Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant.
