CBRE Named Exclusive Sales Agent for Pinnacle Office Portfolio in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Milwaukee – Oct. 14, 2026 — CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for Pinnacle I, II & III, a 247,433-square-foot office portfolio in Brookfield.
CBRE’s Matson Holbrook and Sean Beuche will market the portfolio on behalf of the seller.
“The Pinnacle portfolio hosts some of the nicest multi-tenant office properties in all of Brookfield,” said Holbrook. “We’ve seen new leasing and multiple tenant expansions this year, driven by recent capital improvements. Investors will be well-positioned to execute a value-add strategy, while the buildings are also set up nicely for acquisition by end-users, with up to 33,000 square feet available on a single floor.”
Pinnacle I, II and III are located at 13890, 13935 and 13845 Bishops Drive, respectively, in Brookfield’s Bishops Woods office park along Interstate 94. The Class A office portfolio consists of three- and four-story buildings built between 1999 and 2003 on 21.6 acres. Shared amenities include outdoor patios, tenant lounges and underground parking in Pinnacle II and III.
