The Milwaukee Arts Board (MAB) is announcing that the application cycles are open for the Sustaining Grant Program and the Public Art Conservation Fund.

“Public art and local arts organizations play a vital role in defining who we are as a city,” said Mayor Cavalier Johnson. “Arts and culture connect people to one another. It is essential that creativity remains accessible and visible across all neighborhoods. These funding opportunities represent an important investment in supporting and preserving the public art that enriches our communities.”

“Art is essential infrastructure in Milwaukee. Our arts organizations shape how people experience our neighborhoods and strengthen neighborhood and city pride,” said Alderwoman Milele A.
