Details Announced for Wild Card Games 1 and 2 on Tuesday and Wednesday (6:08 p.m. Starts)
Brewers, Diamondbacks Begin National League Wild Card Series Tomorrow at American Family Field
MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers will host the National League Wild Card Series (NLWCS), starting tomorrow, Oct. 3 at 6:08 p.m. CT against the Arizona Diamondbacks at American Family Field. The Crew will be counting on fans to be #BrewedforBattle and show their Milwaukee pride.
TICKETS: Tickets remain available for Games 1 and 2, as well as for a potential Game 3 on Thursday, Oct. 5. Check brewers.com/Postseason or call 414-902-4000 for the most up-to-date ticket availability. The start time for a potential Game 3 on Thursday, also at American Family Field, is also scheduled for 6:08 p.m. but is subject to change depending on results of other Wild Card series.

Single-game tickets for the National League Divisional Series games at American Family Field will be available for purchase on Tuesday, Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. The full schedule of postseason presales and single-game ticket opportunities can be found at brewers.com/Postseason or call 414-902-4000.
As a reminder for fans, tickets will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark app. Barcodes for the NLWCS series should be visible starting Monday for all three Wild Card games. Screen shots of tickets will not be accepted, so fans will want to make sure to forward their tickets from the app to other parties as needed.
PARKING LOTS AND GATES: Pre-paid parking passes can be purchased with game tickets and digitally delivered for fan convenience and no-touch entry. Day of game parking is available with credit card or cash payment but may sell out. Fans are advised to purchase parking in advance. CHALK LINEUP
Thirty minutes before the first pitch on Tuesday, Oct. 3, Manager Craig Counsell and the NL Central Champions will be welcomed to the field with extra fanfare. Fans will not want to miss cheering on the Crew in this special postseason chalk lineup.
CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH
Tuesday, Oct. 3 – The Voice of the Milwaukee Brewers and a legendary entertainer for more than 50 years, the beloved Bob Uecker will open the Wild Card series by throwing out the ceremonial first pitch of the 2023 Postseason at American Family Field.
Wednesday, Oct. 4 – Crowd favorite and member of the monumental 2011 Brewers team, Nyjer Morgan, AKA Tony Plush, former Brewers outfielder, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
NATIONAL ANTHEM:
Tuesday, Oct. 3 – Members of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band will be performing the National Anthem. They will be accompanied by color guards representing each branch of the United States Military.
Wednesday, Oct. 4 – American Family Field favorite and local recording artist Sarah Saari will be performing the Anthem.
PRE-GAME ENTERTAINMENT
Postseason energy will be all around the ballpark before game time. Local high school drumlines will be performing throughout the parking lots while a local DJ spins music in the plaza outside of the Home Plate Gate.
J. LEINENKUGEL’S BARREL YARD: J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard will be open from Tuesday, Oct. 3 through Thursday, Oct. 5 to all ticketholders when gates open. SPECIAL BREW ON TAP: Pilot Brewer Corrine Georges is pulling out all the stops this postseason, with Popcorn Pennant Chaser on tap now at J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, while supplies last. This beer gets its inspiration from caramel coated popcorn and peanuts – the beer version of your favorite classic ballpark snack.
NEW BALLPARK MENU ITEMS: Don’t miss the newest postseason menu items including:
- MKE Hot Chicken Sausage – A fried chicken sausage topped with B&B pickles and red cabbage slaw. Served on a premium sausage hoagie roll. Served at both Maxie’s Chicken locations in Sections 118 and 123.

Get a FREE Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich: The Brewers and Chick-fil-A are teaming up to celebrate the postseason and an NL Central title. From 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3 only, fans who wear Brewers gear in-store will receive a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich. Participating Chick-fil-A Southeast Wisconsin locations include: Pleasant Prairie, Racine, Drexel Town Square, Greendale, West Allis, 124th and Capitol, Glendale, Brookfield Square, Pewaukee, Delafield and Menomonee Falls.
GIVEAWAY: Fans will receive a Brewers rally towel upon entry to support their Crew.

MILWAUKEE LIGHTS UP BLUE & YELLOW: Tonight, Milwaukee’s iconic and historic landmarks will light up blue and yellow from dusk to dawn. In addition, banners at City Hall and the Milwaukee Public Market will showcase the postseason rally cry, “Brewed for Battle.” A list of the landmarks participating include City Hall, Pabst Theater, Hoan Bridge, 833 East by Irgens Partners LLC, 600 EAST Café & Business Center, Schlitz Park, Lakefront Brewery, GRAEF, MGIC, Milwaukee Domes, The Pfister Tower, Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee County Historical Society, US Bank Center, Northwestern Mutual and Potawatomi Casino | Hotel. In addition to lights, digital billboards supporting the Brewers postseason include Associated Bank (all branches), Miller High Life Theatre, Marcus Performing Arts Center, Summerfest Gates, Riverside Marquee, WI Center District and The Avenue.
BREWERS TEAM STORE: The Brewers Team Store located at the Hot Corner entrance will be open on Tuesday, Oct. 3 through Thursday, Oct. 5 to all ticketholders, when gates open. Non-game day store hours are Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
2023 BREWERS POSTSEASON GAMEDAY PROGRAM: The program includes an action-packed look at the team’s exciting season, highlighting key moments and stories from the NL Central Champs. Each book costs $10 and is available throughout the ballpark and at the Team Store.
