Downer Classic Was All About Bikes

Oh, and also the keg tricycle race. And beer. As our photos reveal.

The Tour of America’s Dairyland bike race made a stop in Milwaukee not just for beer but for the IS Corp Otto Wenz Downer Classic.

Hundreds of race fans cheered on the bikers from the Downer Theater, Cafe Hollander’s bier garden, Ben’s Cycle Super Prime Party, and from front yards along the track.

Other activities included the keg tricycle race where people ride big tricycles dragging beer kegs.

Plenty of food and bike shop vendors lined the sidelines as well.
