The City Channel will broadcast 24-hour coverage of the Republican National Convention beginning Monday, July 15, according to City Clerk Jim Owczarski.

The City Channel coverage of the RNC will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15 and will air 24 hours each day, ending at 12:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19. Viewers can watch via Spectrum Cable on Channel 25, and on Channel 99 on AT&T U-Verse, as well as on the city’s “Livestream 1” feed located here:  https://city.milwaukee.gov/cityclerk/CityChannel

Mr. Owczarski said the City Channel coverage is obligated under the city’s agreement with the RNC, and there are no Common Council committee meetings scheduled for next week.

“The 2024 Republican National Convention is attracting the eyes of the nation and the world to the City of Milwaukee and we wanted to make sure our residents are able to follow the event as easily as possible,” Mr. Owczarski said.

“Please tune in on cable or via the City Channel stream to watch history in the making next week in Milwaukee,” he said.
