Vice Earns Spot on BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK – Marquette University women’s basketball sophomore guard Halle Vice has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the first time in her career, the conference office announced Monday.

Vice recorded her second career double-double on Sunday at DePaul with 17 points and a career-high tying 11 rebounds.

The Bettendorf, Iowa native added a career-high five assists, two steals and one block. Seven of Vice’s rebounds came on the offensive end.

Marquette has had a player on the conference weekly honor roll for six-straight weeks.

The Golden Eagles return to action when they host No. 7/7 UConn on Wednesday, Jan. 1 at 1 p.m. CT at the Al McGuire Center.
