MILWAUKEE — The first units are now available to lease at The Couture, the tallest residential building in Wisconsin that has transformed Milwaukee’s lakefront and offers 360-degree views of downtown and Lake Michigan. Move-in will begin in April 2024, and prospective residents are now able to tour completed and furnished model apartments.
Willow Bridge Property Company, property managers for Barrett Lo properties including the Moderne and Emerald Row, will manage the building and leasing process.
Prospective residents can search for availability and view floorplans via the 3D Unit Browsing feature, experience The Couture’s elegantly designed apartment options with virtual tours and inquire about in-person tours on the newly launched website: https://thecouturemke.com/. Apartments at The Couture range from 576 square foot one-bedroom units to 2,350 square foot three-bedroom units. All apartments feature designer finishes, including floor-to-ceiling windows, direct lake and/or city views and custom wood cabinetry to create an elevated, modern space.

As prospective residents peruse the new website, they’ll find exterior renderings of The Couture’s striking silhouette and never-before-seen previews of world-class resident amenities, including the fitness center, clubhouse, lounge and outdoor terrace and swimming pool. Additional amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a business center, bike parking and storage, a dog park, underground heated parking and electric vehicle charging stations.

The Couture will feature additional amenities available to both residents and the public, including three floors of retail space, a ground-floor eco-friendly public transit hub for Milwaukee’s streetcar, The Hop, and the Milwaukee County Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line and a fourth-floor terrace park. The park is scheduled to open in Summer 2024 and additional details about retail tenants will be released as they become available.
The first residents will move into their units on floors four through 30 in April 2024, with move-in availability on higher levels, including the penthouse suites, to come in the summer.
