Mueller Communications Celebrates Growth, Expands Executive Team
Elizabeth Hummitzsch named Chief Operating Officer, Andy LeDuc named Chief Growth Officer
MILWAUKEE – Mueller Communications has announced that long-time leaders in the firm, Elizabeth Hummitzsch and Andy LeDuc, will become the firm’s newest officers. Hummitzsch will serve as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, and LeDuc will fill the newly created Chief Growth Officer position, designed to support clients’ business growth objectives, especially through integrated marketing strategies.
Mueller Communications, which is celebrating its 40th year of operation, has grown to a team of 50, with eight new staff members joining the team in the last year alone. In the last five years, the firm has seen double-digit growth year over year. The firm has also received significant recognition this year, being named the number one Best Place to Work in its category by the Milwaukee Business Journal and ranked at the top of corporations supporting the Milwaukee community with in-kind services by the BizTimes.
“We are so proud of this team and what we’ve accomplished in the last decade,” said James Madlom, CEO of Mueller Communications. “Elizabeth and Andy are the perfect people to help take Mueller into the next chapter of growth – building on the leadership, intentionality, purpose, and excellence they’ve contributed to the team for years.”
Elizabeth Hummitzsch joined the firm in 2008 and has spent the past 17 years growing her skillset and contributions to the firm and its clients. Most recently serving as Vice President, Hummitzsch’s wisdom, guidance, and heart for Mueller’s culture have helped make Mueller an award-winning workplace. In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, she will focus on scaling excellence in client service and fostering team culture.
“Elizabeth is a recognized leader in our industry, an active presence in her community, and a mentor to so many,” said Madlom. “She is the driver of Mueller’s culture, demonstrating by example how to do our work with integrity.”
“Andy has keen business insight and a unique ability to develop strategies for our clients that unlock massive growth,” said Richards. “Under Andy’s leadership, we have and will continue to expand and deepen our digital skillset – helping us create right-fit solutions for a much larger range of clients and client challenges.”
