MKE24 to Hold “Convention Partner Fair” During RNC Summer Meeting

The MKE 2024 Host Committee, Republican National Committee (RNC), and VISIT Milwaukee are partnering to hold a “Convention Partner Fair” that will take place at the same time as the RNC’s Summer Meeting on August 23, 2023. The Partner Fair allows up to 300 vendors to present their services and products to prospective business clients, visitors, and other organizations.

“The Convention Partner Fair is the perfect opportunity for Milwaukee businesses to get in front of delegates who could be their customers during the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee,” said Alison Prange, Chief Operating Officer of the MKE 2024 Host Committee. “Milwaukee is a world-class city, and the Partner Fair is the first opportunity for us to be gracious hosts to those traveling from around the country to Milwaukee this summer.”

“We are excited to introduce RNC members, potential delegates, and guests to Milwaukee’s thriving businesses at the upcoming Convention Partner Fair,” said Chairwoman of the RNC Committee on Arrangements Anne Hathaway. “Milwaukee will be front-and-center on the national and world stage when the Republican National Convention takes place and we are excited to showcase its business community every step of the way.”

“We can’t wait to show off Milwaukee’s diverse array of businesses that can provide only-in-Milwaukee products and experiences for these guests,” says VISIT Milwaukee President & CEO Peggy Williams-Smith. “We’re a city of creators and innovators and I know the RNC’s Summer Meeting attendees will get to see that firsthand at the Partner Fair. VISIT Milwaukee is so proud to help make this happen and showcase our hospitality partners in such a unique forum.”

Partner Fair guests are looking to connect with vendors and services which they may need to utilize in July 2024 during the Republican National Convention. The Partner Fair allows local businesses to interact with delegates, state party representatives, donors, national media organizations, and others who will need services during the convention. Partner Fair vendors are encouraged to bring their products and samples to their booths for display where appropriate.

Vendors can register for a booth at the Partner Fair for a small fee of $50. VISIT Milwaukee has generously agreed to cover registration costs for the first 100 vendors that sign up to participate.

All businesses that have signed up through the MKE 2024 Host Committee’s “Vendor Connection” will be notified of the details for signing up for the Convention Fair.
