“Katie Kegel understands the need for fairness in the workplace, excellence in public services, and prosperity and opportunity for all working families,” said Milwaukee Area Labor Council president Pam Fendt. “Her values, experience and commitment to fixing our justice system will make her a great judge.”

“Katie will be a change agent in our justice system who will not be satisfied with the status quo and will engage with the public to build greater trust and understanding,” said Vice President Mark Pelzer, of AFSCME Council 32. “Our judges have a tremendous impact on our communities and Katie will be a judge who not only carefully considers the facts of each case, but the lives impacted. We are proud to endorse Katie Kegel for Judge.”

“Milwaukee County’s judges affect people’s lives every day and are charged with doing so fairly and taking into account the unique circumstances of each case. As a public defender and legal advocate, Katie knows that to restore faith in our justice system, we need to elect judges who treat every person with dignity and respect,” said IBEW Local 494 Business Manager Dean Warsh. “Katie shares the values of our membership and we are proud to endorse her in this race.”
