Johnson Insurance Acquires Financial Life Cycles, Inc. (FLC)
The FLC team will move into the Johnson Financial Group building on Washington Avenue in Green Bay in early 2020.
Green Bay, Wisconsin. November 8, 2019. Johnson Financial Group, today announced that Johnson Insurance acquired Financial Life Cycles, Inc. (FLC), an independent insurance agency in Green Bay. Johnson Insurance is a part of Johnson Financial Group, a privately held, family-owned, financial services company that offers a full range of employee benefits, commercial and personal insurance, banking, and wealth management solutions.
