Hospitality Democracy Restaurants January Pop-Up Programs
Hospitality Democracy is continuing their pop-up restaurant programs through January to expand their local offerings. The Milwaukee-based restaurant group has three different pop-ups scheduled in Oak Creek and in the Historic Third Ward.
Hospitality Democracy’s Smoke Shack is collaborating with Valentine Cafe Oak Creek (7981 S 6th St) to bring Smokin’ Wings, slow smoked and fried chicken wings, to Oak Creek for two weekends. Smokin’ Wings cage-free, antibiotic-free wing platters will be served from 3:30 – 8:00 PM on January 8 and 9 and again on January 15 and 16. Wings are available for pre-order on Valentine Cafe Oak Creek’s website or guests can place an order right at the counter.
In the Historic Third Ward, Onesto will host Holey Moley Coffee & Doughnuts for their second Saturday pop-up series, beginning January 9. The pop-up collaboration will be available at the Onesto Piccino Café January 9, 16 and 23 starting at 7 a.m. Holey Moley Doughnuts’ scratch made doughnuts will include four new flavors every Saturday, focusing on original shop favorites. Individual doughnuts are $2.50 for specialty flavors or available in four, eight, and twelve packs. Doughnuts can be pre-ordered at www.onestomke.com or available day-of at the counter on Saturdays.
