DPW Statement on BLS Numbers
(WISCONSIN) — Today, Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson Philip Shulman released the following statement in response to the new BLS numbers:
“We continue to see Wisconsinites left behind as they struggle to find good-paying jobs and provide for their families. It didn’t have to be this bad, but Trump still doesn’t have a real plan to address the COVID-19 pandemic that has claimed nearly 200,000 American lives and cratered our economy. Instead of focusing on getting us back on track, he’s holding super-spreader events and proclaiming the virus will magically go away. The only way we can end the suffering and revive our economy is by electing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.”
