SUSSEX – Wangard Partners, Inc. (Wangard), a Milwaukee-based full-service real estate company, recently sold a 7.0-acre site in the Highlands Business Park in the Village of Sussex to Adron Tool Corporation. Site work is now underway for a 93,000 square foot manufacturing facility, with the ability for future expansion. Adron Tool Corporation is relocating to the Highlands Business Park from Menomonee Falls and will bring over 50 jobs to the new building.

“In searching for our new location, the Highlands Business Park stood out as the right choice,” said Brian Hagmayer, owner of Adron Tool Corporation. “Having quick access to major interstates for efficient operations and potential expansion puts our company in an ideal location.”

Adron Tool Corporation is the first industrial occupant of the Highlands Business Park. The park, owned by Wangard Partners, Inc., is a 149-acre technology, industrial, and commercial business park located on the northwest corner of Highway 164 and County Highway K, 19 miles northwest of Milwaukee. The property has high visibility and a variety of users including light industrial, food service, health services, general services, retail trade, and tenants in need of 1–30-acre spaces. Kwik Trip and Educators Credit Union are current users. As a build-to-suit development, it is an ideal location for a single tenant or multi-tenants with quick access to I94 and the new Zoo Interchange.

“We envision a bright future for Highlands Business Park,” said Ryan Holzhauer, Director of Industrial Development and Acquisitions of Wangard Partners. “The first phase of the project is complete and ready for new development. Having Adron Tool Corporation close on the property affirms our hopes for the space and we look forward to our continued partnership.”
