Teen and Adult Injured in Milwaukee Shooting, Both Arrested; Investigation Ongoing

Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred Friday, October 2, 2026, at approximately 11:44 p.m., in the area of 6700 W. Appleton Ave. During the incident, a 16-year-old and a 35 year-old both sustained injuries from gunshots, were treated at local hospitals and were both subsequently arrested. The injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. The circumstances leading up to the incident are under investigation.
