Project site is made up of properties at 700 E. Pleasant St., 1618 N. Van Buren St., 1612 N. Van Buren St., 1623 N. Cass St., 1617 N. Cass St., 1613 N. Cass St. and 1601-1603 N. Cass St.
A leasing office was opened at 1613 N. Van Buren St.
