520 W. McKinley Ave. is the former condominium sales center for the Palomar Hotel proposal. It was redeveloped into a home for The Bartolotta Restaurants.

The building is located in the Haymarket neighborhood across from the former Park East Freeway corridor.

The City of Milwaukee held an option to purchase the property during their attempt to lure Kohl’s corporate headquarters to the Park East.

Building would be demolished to create space for Milwaukee Public Museum-Betty Brinn Complex as of 2020.
