Wet your whistle at Whiskey Fest Wisconsin

Sample from Wisconsin’s top distilleries, enjoy food, music, and prizes at a new Shepherd Express event.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (Nov. 21, 2022) – Whiskey fanatics dive into the world of spirit-making at Whiskey Fest Wisconsin presented by Shepherd Express on Saturday, December 3. From 3 – 9:30 p.m., Wisconsin’s best distillers will gather at the Cooperage, 822 S Water St., to showcase their finest selections from blended and flavored whiskeys to bourbons, ryes, and moonshine.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of whiskey-making from the state’s top distillers including Driftless Glen Distillery, Central Standard, La Crosse Distilling Co., Dancing Goat Distillers, Great Lakes Distillery, and J. Henry & Sons Distillery. Learn about the process behind the creation of their products, from growing crops and even their own trees to make barrels, to flavoring and bottling the liquid gold. Guests can also enjoy food and music as they peruse the whiskey-lined venue. A very limited supply of Driftless Glen’s Port-Finished Bourbon and Bourbon de Naranja, plus Central Standard’s Cabin Strength will be made available.

Guests must be 21 years or older to attend Whiskey Fest Wisconsin. Tickets for this event are available now. General admission tickets are available for $50 and offer entry at 6:30pm along with a whiskey tasting glass and snack bar. VIP tickets start at $80, offering early entry at 3pm, a Wisconsin Whiskey Passport, tasing glass, private bar, raffle tickets, charcuterie board spread and more. Designated driver tickets, which include all the fun without the booze, are available for $20.
