Wangard Partners Grows Multifamily Development Sector

Wangard Partners has added a Project Manager to its multifamily development sector. Andrew Justman, a resident of the Town of Genesee, has joined the staff and will lead, initiate and advance new multifamily developments for the company.
Andrew brings over 20 years of diverse construction and development experience to Wangard Partners. His industry experience ranges from having worked for construction and development companies to working with building cost research and estimating software platform companies. As Project Manager for multifamily developments, Andrew not only leads new developments, but is also responsible for managing site prep, plan reviews, architectural/engineering design team members, cost estimating, bid analysis, governmental approvals/permitting, contract administration and cost/budget/risk management for each. Additionally, he provides construction process consultation, value engineering advancements and guidance to projects.
Andrew earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with an emphasis on Real Estate Development, Urban Planning and Marketing.
